Tina was very helpful at checkin but the property is up for sale and has been let go abit
The dining and bar etc is no longer open
The tv in my room was lucky to be 16”
My computer monitor is bigger!

Hello Peregrine, there is nothing worse than arriving to your booking after a long drive and the Room is still a mess from the previous Guest and the alternative Room I offered to you was not suitable. I dropped the ball and offer my sincerest apologies this is not how we treat our Guests. I have updated our procedures to avoid this from happening. Many happy future trips and I do hope that includes Heathcote there are so many wonderful properties in the area. Best Regards

Very large room and huge bed. Modern decor and functional. Would have appreciated a larger television and the shower over the the bath is a bit sketchy.

A very clean room nestled in the back of the motel. A bit of a quirky layout but the instructions worked well to find the room. A quiet location. Newly renovated, with a lovely bathroom.

Nice room air con was on when l arrived room was so cool awesome bed comfy bathroom clean great place to stay there dining options were great however l did not eat there
