This hotel is shut down and we were never notified. We were put in a real bind when we showed up with a reservation the night before the eclipse.

When we arrived, the hotel was closed. In fact all the furniture, beds, and appliance were in the parking lot. No one was there and a sign in the window said "CLOSED". I called 501-588-1986, the number you listed for OYO and they know nothing about the hotel or its closure. There were 7 other person at this hotel with similar experiences with OYO. Get OYO off your website. I called their "customer service" today. They said they could do nothing about it because I looked through EXPEDIA. OYO said to call Expedia and then OYO representative hung up the phone. Its a Chines company ripping of Americans If OYO remains on your bwesite, I will never book on your again.

This property is not a motel any more it is being renovated and has been under construction for months according to the builder on site. We received an email confirming our reservation this afternoon, yet when we arrived the sign on the door stated this is no longer a motel. Pathetic vetting by Expedia after paying our deposit. Will Expedia do any about this?

RIP OFF. Beware

The hotel took my reservation and my money, but after spending 7 hours driving to Heber Springs and to the OYO hotel location, the hotel was closed and nobody would answer the phone. Fortunately i was able to get a room at the hotel down the street but this could have been a huge problem if other hotels had no vacancy. OYO owes me a refund and needs to quit taking reservations on line if the hotel is no longer in existence.

My reservations were accepted and the place was closed and under construction when I arrived to check in.

Nightmare!!!

I did not even stay at this property. The parking lot was littered with many broken appliances and trash. The windows on every room were taped completely up. It was a scary place. And also no hotel staff was anywhere to be found, the office was locked and the phone was busy every time I tried to call. Very frustrating experience.
