Hotel canceled my reservation!

The hotel cancelled my reservation on the day of saying they were overbooked.. I will be sharing this experience with family, friends and colleagues. Completely unacceptable.

Front staff was nice but the room was terribly dirty. Floor had visible dust and hair near walls. Hair on the sink and in the tub. Mirror was splattered and smudged. In addition to poor housekeeping, paint splatters on sink and doors and shower fixtures were hard water crusted. Did not dare shower there.

Guests were noisy and when I went to go to the front desk to ask them take care of it, no one there. I use the buzzer to summon them, I even called them from the outside line. I must have waited 15-20 minutes waiting for someone. I finally left the hotel around 3:45 am because I couldn't sleep.
