Reception could be better in English
Attention to detail could be better in rooms
Very varying quality on restaurant. Chinese restaurant was very bad
Breakfast buffe should be better at keeping hot food at correct temperature, heat lamps were not strong enough

This was in its days a luxury hotel but its beginning to look dated. If modern is what you are looking for. This wont be your place.
