Le rapport qualité prix est, comme souvent en Chine, excellent. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien équipées, le service est impeccable, rien à dire.

Great hotel to stay at in Hefei

excellent room, but not a non-smoking hotel

Hotel service / room / breakfast were really nice, but the cigarette smoke even in the lobby was really bothersome. This should be declared as a NON SMOKING HOTEL similar to Shangri-La in Pudong-Shanghai,

不会再住了

住过最糟糕的同级酒店了,不是说它的设施,设施等硬件条件还是很好的,而是合肥这家的管理和服务,太不够专业化了。入住手续办的特别慢,订了两间,有一间找半天找不到订单;然后房间所在整个楼层的走廊上无论早上晚上,充满着无法散发开的烟味,每次出门都是折磨,难道酒店不会告诉客人不要在走道上抽烟吗?或者把其他客人安排在别的无烟的楼层?下次不会入住这里了。
