Lovely hotel in a lovely area
A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Would most definitely stay again

Useamman päivän yöpyminen
Kylpylä oli ihana. Kylpylän materiaalit vaikuttuvat laadukkailta ja ulkoasu muutenkin hiveli silmää. Yleisessä siisteydessä olisi parantamisen varaa. Pölyä ja likaa oli nurkissa. Hissit olivat likaiset, lasten leikkinurkkaus oli sotkuinen. Jäi vaikutelma ettei hotellissa osattu varautua niin suureen asiakasmäärään mitä loppiaisena oli. Hotellihuoneissa voisi olla mikro ja vedenkeitin. Lapsille oma leikkihuone olisi mahtava lisä. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen.

Huoneemme sijaitsi käytävällä, missä on eläinhuoneet. Vaikka emme olleet erikseen pyytäneet allergiahuonetta, olisi ollut mukava tietää viimeistään sisään kirjautuessa, että huoneessa on majoittunut aiemmin eläimiä. No, yhden yön pystyi allerginen ihminenkin nukkumaan eläinhuoneessa. Toinen huomautettava asia on lasten sängyn puuttuminen, vaikka varatessa olimme ilmoittaneet lapsemme matkustavan kanssamme. Aamiainen oli loistava!

Uusi kylpylä oli positiivinen kokemus. Kylpylä siisti ja monipuoliset saunatilat. Iloinen yllätys oli virtuaali allasjumppa. Hotelliin toivoisimme hieman tasokkaampaa ravintolaa. Appelsiinimehun puuttuminen aamiaiselta oli yllättävää.

Kiva henkilökunta mut sapuskat alle keskitason
Henkilökunta iloista ja loistavaa palvelua mitä tarvitsinkin. Informoitiin hyvin jos jotakin asiaa tiedustelin. Olin 2 yötä. Ruoka oli alle keskinkertainen, jos on huonot raaka aineet niin ei niistä mitään hyvää saa edes kokki😡 eli oli kyse muös iltaruuista joita söin kahdesti. Aamupaloilla olin parhaaseen tarjoiluaikaan...surkeaa...miten voi prinssinakitkin pilata...kaikki haaleta ja vähän vaihtiehtoja jos ei syö hiilihydraattipitoista ruokaa. Leivät näytti hyviltä. Mutta en voi syödä...karjalanpiirakat aivan haaleita eli mikään mikä pitäidi olla lämmintä oli vain haaleita! Kun menen uudelleen 19-20.4 2025 toivon että tyhtiliike on raaka-aineiden ja ruuan säilytyksen kuumina parantuvan. Onnea uudelle elämyshankkeellenne alkaen 11.12.2024 👍
