This is not your typical Country inn and Suites. Extremely run down and dirty. Carpets are dirty and haven’t been cleaned. Rooms were dirty, and outdated. My kids were crying they didn’t want to stay here. Hot tub in pool area, has been concreted in. If I could have received a refund we would not have stayed.

We enjoyed our time at County inn and suites, even though our room was right next to the elevator, it wasn’t terrible. At times people were loud but our room was clean and breakfast was good so it wasn’t a big deal.

I loved the hotel as a whole. The breakfast on property was great and fresh. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room, however, was average. It smelled stale and our daughter found candy and a tiny hair clip under the bed. Something that easily could have been cleaned by the staff. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom and had a few mildew spots. We also found dust on the bottom shelf of the bathroom and a few other places that were visible.

This was our second stay and we bough an additional room for our two friends. They were delighted .
Two suggestions
1) keep the lobby coffee urns hot. Coffee in the evening was cold
2) Provide a hook near the bathroom sink for the hand towel.
Great staff and property.
Would recommend to others
