The worst experience weâve ever had with Expedia! The hotel canceled our reservation at 7 PM by email without any reason, and they charged my credit card twice. We didnât have access to that email at the time, so when we arrived at 10 PM, they told us we had no reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Their only response was, âYou need to contact Expedia.â
Meanwhile, my reservation still appears as active on Expedia, and now it even shows as if we stayed at the hotel, which is impossible since they never gave us a room! This situation is unacceptable. I demand a full refund, and a hotel with this level of irresponsibility should not be listed on Expedia.
The property management is good. But there are people who looked suspicious in that motel. I would not complain about the management. The lady was very welcoming and sweet while receiving us. My female friends felt a little nervous when they saw some black dudes smoking in the parking and constantly staring at the girls.
I checked in, carried my bag to the second floor - no elevator.
The room had a moldy odor. The sheets and comforters were stained, and there was long black hair in the bathroom (I have short blonde hair).
I was in the room no more than 5-10 minutes before I left.
Dirty, shower mat installed on shower floor to cover up the hole in the tub, curtains falling off of the rod in bedroom, carpet frayed along door frame, no soap limited parking, front desk does not understand English. I was worried about bedbugsâŠ. Gave me the creeps
