Disgusting motel itâs not a hotel and the place us a dump, they didnât want to give us at least half of our money backâŠthe people that go to this place seems to smoke too much and place smells like an ashtray, itâs despicable and the lady at front desk has no manners and her attitude is disgustingly rude for someone who isnât from this country!
The room had lots of trash on the floor and the A/C was so loud it was hard to sleep. The hair dryer was literally hanging off the wall by 1 screw and the tub was very soft of on the bottem felt like you could gall through. It appeared to be clean other then the floor and microwave and frigldge were in working order. For a budget hotel i say its just ok. I mean you get what you pay for.
I arrived at the property and checked in. The manager had to come let us in the room because the keys didnât work. Upon admission to the room it reeked of mold and cigarettes. I asked if he had a different room and he said only if you pay extra. I told him that I could not stay there with my allergies. His response was oh well. My husband and I lost our money and found a different place to stay. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.
The worst experience weâve ever had with Expedia! The hotel canceled our reservation at 7 PM by email without any reason, and they charged my credit card twice. We didnât have access to that email at the time, so when we arrived at 10 PM, they told us we had no reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Their only response was, âYou need to contact Expedia.â
Meanwhile, my reservation still appears as active on Expedia, and now it even shows as if we stayed at the hotel, which is impossible since they never gave us a room! This situation is unacceptable. I demand a full refund, and a hotel with this level of irresponsibility should not be listed on Expedia.
