It has been renovated and one of the nicest places we have stayed in Helen and we have stayed at most of them. Would stay here again.

It was nice to stay at, very clean inside, could use some cleanup on the outside though. Rooms were great, convenient and clean.
Breakfast is minimal ,not a hot breakfast, some bagels, coffee, juice, cereal, basic stuff.
Swiming pool was open and clean.
Overall really nice for the price to stay close to downtown Helen

An internet search said the pool was closed, but upon arrival, we were happy to see it had been opened.
