I did not even stayed there. We had to cancel as the rooms has an intense humid and musty smell that made my wife sick. We had to go else where and neither expedia or Days in refunded our money. They charged us for a full two day stay even though we didn’t even check in. Horrible experience and horrible service from both companies. Never again

Rude check in worker
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOverall good except the check in process. Checked in on 10/10/24 at around 11:00pm. The guy working the check in counter was extremely rude.

The room was up to date and clean. AC unit worked great and bed was comfy. Hotel is very convenient to everything in Helen, but far enough away to limit foot traffic and noise. The exterior pool was is disrepair and full of green water, so that was the biggest detractor from our stay.
