The air conditioning didn't work right and the room was musty and damp. We left a day early.

Smelly pillows. Stains on the tub. AC barely cold even if thermostat says 67. Refrigerator in room did not even get cold even if thermostat is set at cold. It was more of mild cool. Hot breakfast is limited. Hot food are almost out before 10 am.

The hotel is clean, updated and close to town. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsStaff are incredible and helpful. Very clean. Have great breakfast. Easy to get to everything. I know i will be visiting Helen in the future and this is the only place i will stay, bc of the staff.

No one came to clean my room and the gym was awful. Equipment was broken and way too limited

Check-in was so fast and Sam was very kind and courteous with us… breakfast is good, rooms are modern and very clean… I think best option in Helen by far! Definitely will go again to this hotel…
