It was an okay stay. Nothing to really brag about. The checking in process is a little odd. There is about 20 steps leading up to the check-in lobby area. There is also an elevator underneath the building in the parking garage which is more for Diamond Elite Members. Have to ring bell for staff members as they are in the back. Staff members ere not outgoing/friendly when checking in. Check out staff member was much better. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Didn’t have any boiled eggs while I was there. The beds were comfortable, but take your own pillow. The pillows look fluffy but go flat when you put your head on them.

The staff was fantastic. I had to have the property upgrade me as I booked a balcony room and was out in a regular room. They were more than accommodating. The cleaning staff really needs to do better. The toilet was dirty, old paper and can’t wrappers underneath the foot rest under the table. Cigarette butts all over the balcony railing. I understand the hotel is old but some upgrades need to be made. Utilities doors should be shut during the day so guests don’t have to see the dirty linens and messy rooms the staff uses. The staff literally made this stay worth it for us!

The room had mold in the bathroom. My kiddos were in the bathtub taking a bath and i saw the mold. Is nasty and unhealthy.

This was okay for a one night stay, but its pretfy dated, however the location was perfect and the breakfast was pretty good.
