Awesome condo and location
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo is beautifully decorated and the location is fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. I loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch facing the river.

A Beary Good Time

My on-site questions were answered in a professional and timely manner. My friend and I had a wonderful time and we thank you.

Perfect location
Publié le 23 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe visited for 5 nights and loved every minute. We were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We just weren't aware of all the stairs...3 levels. There is an elevator but no access to it for guests. There is another unit on 2nd level that we weren't aware of and we're concerned until we spoke with manager because it appeared they had access to our unit.

Clean and great location

Vacasa very informative on check in and check out process which made it so easy and fast.

Nice location but NOT very clean.
Publié le 11 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe booked through VRBO but were contacted by vacasa during the stay. Not sure why though, perhaps vacasa was "owner" of booking itself.
We had no problem with the location of the unit as it was located within walking distance for our family and quiet. Our main concern/issue was the cleanliness or lack thereof when we arrived. The unit had peanuts (skin, shells, etc..) located throughout the house as well as dirt in every room. The bed sheets were dirty and wrinkled under the top cover which leads us to believe they were not washed. Trash was still located on the night stands from previous tenants. Contacting vacasa about it AFTER my wife and I cleaned the unit ourselves (we arrived late around 9pm so we cleaned the unit and washed sheets BEFORE we could sleep) and we were given $50 credit and nothing else because we didn't allow the cleaning crew to come in and clean...AFTER WE CLEANED IT THE NIGHT BEFORE SO WE COULD SLEEP! Only issue was cleanliness of unit but that could have been due to the previous tenant checking out on the 24th of December (based on signing of guest book), and us arriving on the 26th. Perhaps cleaning crew didn't want to interrupt their holiday??
Posted this review on vacasa and it has yet to be posted so take those reviews with a grain of salt it seems as they only post the positive reviews there.

Lazy Bear Lodge

We went the weekend after New Years and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I am sure during the days of summer its fun to watch the floaters go by and the bustle of the streets!

We called two days in a .row to report it. We.were.promised someone would come out to take care of it both days. No one ever came. Other than that it was a.good stay.
