Only thing I would change would be put laundry facilities at the Lodge itself.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Loved the room. Very nice bathroom in room! Will definitely be one of my favorite places to stay! Beautiful Area!!

When we got to our room one of the beds had a soiled stain and the phone in the room didn’t work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk. I held for 30 minutes before anyone picked up. They sent housekeeping and changed the sheets and we noticed the floor was wet from the AC unit. They sent maintenance and she told us that we may swap rooms because the room below us had a leak from the ceiling. We packed up and when maintenance arrived, they used a wet vac to get the water up and said it was leaking through the window and we should be fine. I finally went to bed after midnight. She also said they were extremely short staffed and only had 5 workers when they had 20 before. I asked to be compensated for some of the stay and they said I would have to deal with Expedia. They wouldn’t be able to help with that. It was not a pleasant experience. We were tired and needed to rest before our next early day of activities.

I would like to apologize for the issue you had during your stay. Due to your stay being a prepaid reservation through Expedia we are unable to adjust at check out. Please contact Expedia for compensation and they will contact us for approval.
