So many things to like. Great friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness.
The breakfast is just perfect with every healthy option you could think of. And even more you couldn't...
I stay here each time I'm in Helsinki and will be continuing that tradition.

Great location but...
Posted Dec. 19, 2023 on HotelsThe room had a strange heating system with very poor control. If you like sleeping in a cool room, it is not possible to reach a temperature below 22C.
The Chromecast system on the TVs does not work. I asked a receptionist, and she said it would be fixed. I asked another one the same night and she said they fixed it and was surprised to hear that mine is still not working. Another receptionist said in the morning that it had not been working for a long time and that it was not going to be fixed. Hard to understand who has the most accurate info but it never worked for me.
Breakfast was really good. The beds are comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is definitely great.

I have stayed at Hotel Indigo pre-covid and thought it pretty good. This time it was even better. For the price point this hotel is excellent value.

Would Highly Recommend

Great room on the 4th floor, good amount of space & cleaned to a very high standard. Comfy beds & very quiet.
Buffet breakfast had a great choice of both hot & cold options.
Staff were warm, welcoming & helpful.
Would return if in Helsinki again.
