Classy with a few reservations.

Beautiful hotel. Very classy room with very comfortable bed. Very quiet, although I couldn't open any window! So you always hear the heating/cooling fan, unless you turn it off and have no fresh air! Superb shower. All fittings of high quality. Very nice staff, but they didn't offer to help me take my cases to my room. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice. I didn't properly see the lounges and bars, but they looked really nice. Very convenient for the central railway station.

Right in the heart of the city, beautiful and new. The rooms are comfortable, nice window views of downtown. A mall is nearby plus it is near the trains. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great central convenient hotel. Put some lights in the bathrooms however. The mood lighting isn’t great for doing hair and makeup. Overall good hotel and would stay again. Dinner at restaurant was excellent but very slow.

We liked the fact that it was clean but the room itself was smaller than it looks on photos. The TV didn’t have any movies or alternative options for international guests, which was pretty disappointing considering the property is a five star hotel. Otherwise, breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectations.
