One night stay. Good location in the Helsinki centrum. Hotel room with king sized bed, three options for pillow, no hand towels - nothing wrong, nothing special, good standard. Breakfast buffet had quite good variety. Rating is based on cost and expectations.

Hotel is well located. Close to city attractions and easy walk from central railway station. Plenty of places to eat close by. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Large buffet breakfast included was a bonus.

The room was fine but the bathroom redefines tiny. If you sit on the toilet your knees touch the sink. Also, the linens smelled stale even after being changed. It was an adequate stay but could have been better.

Perfect location for main campus of the University
I stayed here for a conference held at the main campus of the University of Helsinki, and it was the perfect location. Less than 50 metres to the meeting rooms. Breakfast was good but seemed disorganized at times, especially when it was busy -- most mornings I had to remind the staff to bring coffee, as they tended to forget. Luggage storage on arrival (until the room was ready) was not properly secured, which was a bit worrying but turned out OK. They don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it -- they didn't tell me that at check-in -- but I eventually asked for every second day and that was just fine. The location for much of downtown is also good, good selection of restaurants nearby as well
