The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the cleaning staff did not lock the door to my room after cleaning - my room was open for anyone to come in all day long! This is unacceptable! When I brought this matter to the receptionist, all I heard back from her was how sorry she was it happened. Breakfast was ok, but all the pastries were gone by the time I got to breakfast at 8:45am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A happy return visit

I have stayed here before and will again. I basically used it as my base to visit other cities, as it is right next to the RR station. Extremely convenient. The breakfast is generous and has just about anything you could want no matter where you’re from. The staff was most accommodating. I will definitely return shsin

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Holiday Inn in Helsinki. Nothing was too much for the staff, they were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good location Excellent breakfast. Use of umbrellas - invaluable Luggage room-very useful. Thank you
