The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. However all the amenities are run down.
Yet the location is very good. So close to the city center, the port, the railway station, and the metro/ tram stops.
There is a major supermarket right under the hotel and a number of cafes and shops, which is very nice for last minute things and necessities.
The rooms did not have USB charge ports, but the staff was nice to loan a charger to me. Many thanks for that.

The only thing that wasn’t clear to me when I booked (and I should have confirmed) was about parking. There is paid parking across the street with underground tunnels connecting the hotel to the garage and the mall but it took a while for us to figure it out.
