Cosy cottage
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes.

Family visit
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.

Easter at BumbleBee Cottage

Amazing countryside location, quiet yet near facilities of Berkhamstead, Tring and Hemel Hempstead. BumbleBee Cottage is compact but never felt small - even when hosting Easter Sunday roast for parents. Bedrooms lovely and comfortable. We’ll themed throughout - can you spot all of them?

Beautiful surroundings
Publié le 22 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayFinding this gem is a bit of a challenge, especially for a new-to-England-driver, but the accommodation is nice, well-outfitted, very clean and comfortable on all counts. It was really nice to be a bit removed from the city / town and a great place for a retreat.

Short stay in Herts

We especially enjoyed the visit for the horses in the field at the back of the house. Great location for exploring and easy access to London. Parking is difficult, although with some creativity we always managed to find a space.
