Enjoy a beautiful pond, a white sandy man-made beach, a sunning/swimming deck, and a custom-built palapa hut with a 12-foot bar, mini fridge, and hot/cold water. There’s also a firepit and a convenient two-stall outdoor bathroom.

At your cabin, private outdoor space abounds with a furnished covered porch and deck - perfect for sipping morning coffee or raising a toast to the end of the day. Inside, a well-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to whip up tasty meals.

Escape the city lights and enjoy a secluded piece of paradise at this fantastic cabin, located off a quiet county road. Great for small events and family getaways, this hideaway is a quick drive to a local farmers’ market and restaurants. Houston is also within an hour (54.2 miles).

The outdoor area is shared with the main house on-site, which may be occupied during your stay. If traveling with a large group, consider also renting the main house.
This cabin does not have a TV, WiFi, or a washer/dryer.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
