This looks like it was a lovely property at one time but it’s seriously neglected. Paint chipping off in the bathroom, the area to sit and look at the lake was filthy, the trash bin overflowing. Cobwebs….squeaky bed frame, breakfast was missing anything fresh like fruit, or milk/cereal.

Staff was not very courteous @ desk when trying to check in. Room service did not come and clean or replace linens and we had to go to desk to ask for linens.

The room was nice and the pool was clean. The floors in the room desperately needed to be mopped. But aside from that, were very clean. Bed was firmer than I like but the mattress and sheets were clean. The lady who checked us in was nice. But at breakfast a staff member treated me like a child and then touched my food with bare, unwashed hands unprovoked.

The shower is broken in our family room and we couldn’t use it…plus when we went to the pool swimming there was no lights whatsoever

The Norfork Resort was a great weekend getaway for us.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could have used a comfortably chair to sit in .

The resort is on a hill overlooking the Lake. Beds were very comfy, room was huge, very clean,& easy to walk room. Wish there had been a chair & table in room. Their only ice machines was out of order which was inconvenient. Front desk check in person was very nice & welcoming.

We enjoyed the room had a view of the lake. Nice patio area to enjoy.
