Very dirty and no air conditioning
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived at 11:00 am (had booked it to start the day before but was delayed). It was 81 degrees inside. Called and messages and got in touch w someone who said an HVAC repairman would be there in an hour. At 6:00 pm they finally said they couldn’t fix it and did not have any options for us. We had to find another place to stay at seven at night with a dog.
The apartment was so dirty that we had to ask for a broom and dustpan to be delivered right when we arrived. There was pet hair everywhere and the floor was filthy. The owner has so far refused to refund any of our payment. Do not rent from this company.

While the guest's complaints about the HVAC system are justified, we promptly engaged a repair company. Unfortunately, the compressor needed to be ordered, resulting in a delay in resolving the issue. We also offered an alternative property, which the guest declined. Additionally, a refund was proposed, but we kindly asked the guest to vacate due to the discomfort caused by the heat. However, the guest chose to depart the following day around 4 pm.
I personally ensured the cleanliness of the property during my inspection for the HVAC system. After the guest's departure, a chargeback was initiated, and funds were deducted from our accounts. Subsequently, the guest requested a full refund, threatened legal action, and ceased communication after we provided evidence of the chargeback being processed.

We were impressed with the newness of the property and its tasteful decoration. However, it is advertised to sleep up to four, but the pull-out sofa bed was unusable with a thin mattress that did not protect the sleeper from the metal structure, bars and springs underneath. The shower is beautiful but lacks any hand bar to steady oneself. Not recommended for elderly folks. Otherwise, quite a nice place!

We loved how cute the apartment was. It was clean and so welcoming. There are very good restaurants nearby too!

Cozy Property
Publié le 31 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat an AMAZING stay! The property was immaculate! The bathroom…one word….perfection!!!! Bed was comfortable, parking was easy and plenty of outdoor space to walk our dachshund. We are definitely saving this place in our favorites!
