Dear Mark, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay at Fairway Harmony. We understand your frustration, and we deeply regret that your experience fell short of your expectations. First and foremost, we apologize for the delay in hooking up the TVs and the spa not being ready upon your arrival. We understand how important it is to have all amenities functioning properly from the start, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. Regarding the spa cover, mold on the deck cushions, and tree debris in the spa, we acknowledge that this was unacceptable and not up to the standards we strive to maintain for our guests.
