Beautiful Resort

My wife and I were heading south and in order to miss Hurricane Debby we decided to hunker down for a night and found this charming resort on line. Secluded, family oriented, hiking nearby and an excellent rstaurant on site. we will return for a longer stay!

Terrible WiFi, terrible room and terrible service. No one refill the shampoo, conditioner or body wash for us.

Unfortunately, several summer storms caused significant lightning strikes, resulting in internet outages across the entire area. We also had to replace three nodes, which temporarily affected our service. I'm pleased to inform you that these issues have been fully resolved, and our internet is now testing at over 500 megabits, ensuring a much-improved experience.Regarding the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I'm genuinely sorry to hear that they were not refilled during your stay. We've implemented new procedures to address this, and our team is available 24/7 to assist with any needs. We take your comments seriously and will continue working to ensure all our guests have a more positive experience in the future.Thank you again for your feedback.

We had a great stay at SKYLARANNA Resort & Spa. Our room was very large and quiet. We enjoyed an amazing dinner at the on site restaurant, Elevations Chophouse, while seated outdoors on the patio overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. All of the staff members that we talked with were friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much!

We went to our assigned room and used our code to open the door to a shocked couple who were unpacking. Since no staff is on site, we called and located our new room. Later, while my husband was resting after surgery, someone entered a code & opened our door. The lock had previously been broken off the hinges and a new cheap lock had been added. We felt very unsafe. We reached out to management 3 days ago with NO response.

Please know that while we do not have a traditional front desk, our team is on-site 24/7 and available to answer the phone immediately at any time.It's possible that there may have been some confusion with the contact number, or perhaps the call was directed to Expedia instead of our direct line. We understand how unsettling it must have been for someone to enter your room, and we take your safety concerns very seriously. Our locks are designed to be secure, and the only explanation we can think of for the first incident is that the previous guests may not have fully closed their door.Regarding the condition of the door knob, without knowing which room you were in, it's challenging for us to address this specific issue. However, please rest assured that any problems with locks or door security are addressed immediately upon notification.Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and stress this caused you.

Beauty setting, clean lodging pool was nice, booked a massage at the spa and it was great Only wish was that the restaurant/bar was open on Sunday and Monday

Our room was in a basement next to laundry. The rooms were severely outdated and did not reflect what was advertised. We had 3 nights reserved and left the morning of our first night due to the poor condition of the rooms

We're sorry if there was any confusion and you may have mixed up pictures from one room to another.We regret that you left early and didn’t have the opportunity to explore more of what we offer.
