Sawmill Rentals was a very comfortable and safe property. Also very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Natively owned and operated property.

Very clean property. Across street from grocery store. 1/2 mile from restaurants. Great location.

Nice little safe and secure property. American owned and operated. Room was very clean. It was a little younger family that runs the place. Some newer furniture in the rooms. Very homey and comfortable.

No people, cars,bissness Didn't exist, Only signs &lights with phone number & broken circus kiddie rides in parking lot. Had to find another in after midnight in rain &ice FOR SPOUSE FUNERAL

Please accept our condolences. We apologize for your poor experience. The motel actually was not in operation at that time. We opened back up in November of 2021. Unfortunately your poor experience was a result of the inventory being left open during our closed period during our own family emergency. Please call the motel at (405) 853-6232. We would like to do our best to turn your taste of our establishment around.

Owner cancelled my reservation
Publié le 4 mars 2022 sur HotelsThe lady who checked us into the room was polite. She mentioned they were working on getting hot water as a pipe had busted. However the water didn't get hot that night. The heater ran but the room didn't get warm. As it was the only available motel in the area, I had to book another night. I called first to inquire about the water and heater and requested a different room but they were all full. I told her that I would book the same room and got confirmation that it was booked. Then the owner called me the morning of my reservation to tell me he cancelled my reservation since I wasn't happy with the room and already rebooked it. They had no more rooms available.
I was polite when I inquired about another room but I guess they took it as complaining.
It's a very bare bones, older motel but it was inexpensive and the cost was appropriate for the environment.

I apologize for the issue we had. Also I appreciate the fair review even with the poor experience. We would love to have you next time. We was able to get the water fixed. we closed our rooms out as soon as we had the water issue but you had booked well enough in advance that you was already onboard. Then of course the second day. I think we just had a miscommunication. Hopefully we can catch you next time and make it right.

Not up to Snuff
