I have stayed here a few times now and would recommend it to anyone always clean and the owner is friendly and very helpful

There was no hot water to take showers. Also the beds were not comfortable and it was freezing in the room when we got there

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay Lori. I assure you all the rooms have plenty of hot water and have individual heat/ac for you to adjust. We set the rooms at an appropriate temperature for the season, though sometimes spring/fall can be a little tricky here in New England. Locals know, "If you have to run the heat and the AC in the same day, your in New England" and we are sorry you found the bed uncomfortable. We attribute this to what we call the "Goldilocks Principle" we may have a guest stay in that exact same room tomorrow and tell us the mattress is the best mattress they have ever slept on and ask where do we buy them. But in short, we would have been more than happy to move you to another room that was more accommodating to your needs and tastes if you had let us know. Whether with us, or any hotel, we are in the guest service business and we are happy to try and make sure your stay is the best it can be if given the opportunity.
