Floor was wet, roaches, ceiling tiles all stained, atrium was abandoned and shady looking. I thought it was abandoned at first. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at! By far!

Mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Hair and dirt in the drawers. Food crumbs on the floor. Stains on the sheets.

Got to my room and the a/c didn’t work. Tried calling the front desk and phone didn’t work. Went to front desk and let her know. She came to the room and said it was because it was set to ON instead of AUTO. She left and I realized there was still no air coming from the vent so I went back to the front desk. She asked if I wanted to move to another room and I said yes so we started walking to rooms. The first one she showed me had a missing ceiling tile and a wire hanging down so she took me to another room which was suitable. The property itself looks like they put NO $$ in to it.

I did not stay there was black mold in tub and walls there were gang members outside and we did not stay there I am requesting a full refund due to the unsafe conditions and the black mold
