Would never book here again I rather sleep in my car. Rooms are dirty beds are dirty smells gross

Room was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool was closed & covered so that was a disappointment. Breakfast was good.

The remote would not change channels or work the volume. There was a big crack under the door that anything could crawl under. I was disappointed, I have always enjoyed staying at Best Westerns, this one was an old building. Did not realize when I booked the room that it was a open to outdoor room.

AC did not get cold, room had a bad smell. Flies an bugs were in room. Praying that I didn’t bring bed bugs in my belongings.

We had a great experience. Even though the pool was closed the manager on site Elizabeth did an amazing job accommodating us. We need a shower chair for my daughter and she gelped us out. Such great customer service. I am so happy that we decided to stay here.

Pool has been out of commission for a while and still states it is available. Trqvling with kids that would of helped out alot.
