The sunny grounds are located in the village Korswandt, between the Wolgast and the Gothensee, about 5 km from the seaside resort Ahlbeck. There are only a few minutes to the seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Bathing facilities are available in the nearby Wolgastsee or in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck. The Baltic Sea beach in the "Kaiserbad" Ahlbeck can be reached by bike over a scenic forest trail in a few minutes (about 3 km).

Viola 3 ZI:
This holiday home offers 72 sqm for max. 6 persons. The bright living room is furnished with a cozy couch corner with sleeping function (lying area 125x190) and flat TV. For cozy warmth on cooler days provides a stove. The dining area is together with the kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator incl. Freezer etc. also integrated in the living room. You sunny terrace to the south is accessible from the living room and invites you to linger. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with shower and sink / WC. There is also a washing machine for free use. The two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses or two single beds (each 90 x 200) and ample closet space. Schönes Ferienhaus für 4 Personen
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Korswandt. Durch die 2 Bäder hatten wir zu viert genug Freiraum. Es ist schön eingerichtet und man alles was man braucht. Es liegt nicht weit entfernt von Ahlbeck, allerdings ist der Weg mit dem Fahrrad, ziemlich anstrengend bergauf.

Tolles Objekt mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Wir hatten leider in der Umgebung kein Netz mit Vodafone und O2. Internet und Telefonie nicht möglich. Leider hatte unser Objekt kein WLAN. Der Rasen in diesem Objekt war im Gegensatz zu den anderen Grundstücken eher nicht vorhanden nicht wirklich nutzbar und ungepflegt mit hohem Wildwuchs. Wer auf diese Einschränkung verzichten kann, ist alles top gewesen und zu empfehlen.
