Keep driving. This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this place deserved every zero star except the courteous young man in housekeeping. The tv was super small, the toilet ran all night, the tub faucets leaked. When we arrived and again when we went to check out there are no staff. Just a note saying Sorry, be back in 15 minuted. The top of the zero stars, the reservation was booked thru Expedia, who charged my debit card immediately. Then that night the charged my card $175 twice...and when we went back after having breakfast to "officially" check, they had no explaination. Said, there was no paper work and I would have to call management the next day. So, spent nearly $700 on a room for one night that wasn't worth $100. Will I ever get my money refunded, who knows! This place is unethical!

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower was good. The room was shabby, carpet was in need of replacement, creased and a hole. Corridors and reception were dull and not welcoming. Shocking value for money as we paid an exorbitant rip off rate during Pendleton round up. No effort made by the hotel to justify the massively inflated price during the round up. No shuttle service or even tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Disgraceful exploitation. No way would we stay here other than the round up. This is the reason why a lot of consumers dislike chain hotels so much. Money grabbing exploitation taken to the extreme. But they will not be embarrassed, nor will the fact that we will never use the chain again matter one iota to them. Shameful

No grab bars in shower dirty carpet

Stay was acceptable and comfortable. No coffee in room, had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee I guess. We used our own instant coffee. Coffee pot in lobby was empty, no one making any fresh. Bathroom sink stopper was not working. Had to manually close stopper then open again with a sharp object that could get under the lip to reopen. Back/side door still not operating properly. Was the same way a year ago when we were at this property. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was roomy with bowed shower curtain rod and larger shower enclosure than standard. Shower head was nice and sprayed well. Bring your own bar of soap. Soap bar supplied in about 1" by 1/2". Room was large and roomy. We had a kitchenette (although no longer stocked with any dishes or anything else), and a full-size frig. Will stay again at this property.

The parking lot was sketchy. Not very well lit and not a lot of parking spots. For the most part it was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Best sleep ever. Not a fan of the 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner though.
