Lakefront retreat
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.

Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean but the house needs many small repairs. The outside view is great but there is a UV film applied to the windows and it makes the view blurry. Many nice antiques but the beds need replacement.

Great lake views in a truly beautiful spot, mossy oak trees everywhere and facing west for amazing sunsets over the lake. Recommend!

Great Location
Publié le 29 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayLoved our visit to Crystal River! The house is just as described except the air conditioner does NOT get cold. A little uncomfortable at night.

Thanks for informing us about the AC. Apparently it kept tripping a bad breaker.. We had the breaker replaced and everything is working as intended again.

The sunsets and view are amazing
Publié le 1 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThis house is absolutely beautiful. Yes it’s dated yes it needs some improvements. The air conditioner needs replaced. That should be top priority I would not want to Feel the house in the summer unless that air conditioner replaced. Second the outside lighting there is none that’s a huge safety issue they need to be replaced. Speaking of safety there is one smoke detector and an expired fire extinguisher. The beds are not made For couples. There should be at least one queen or king bed. The window blinds need replaced. But the house has amazing views. I love how the kitchen opens up to the screened in porch where we spent most of our time if not outside by the lake. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet. I would love to see more out side seating available. The house has everything you need for your stay. I would love to be able to buy that house for the peace and tranquility that it offers. Thank you for sharing your home

Thank you for your constructive criticism. I have to disagree with replacing the air conditioning as that was done 2 years ago. Not sure what issues you encountered but I wish you had contacted us so we could have looked into it.
The window blinds were all replaced a couple of years ago as well but there are guests that just do not know how to use vertical blinds properly. We run into damaged blinds or pulling mechanisms regularly.
I have taken note of your other comments and will take the appropriate actions.
