Downtown Hershey One Bedroom Efficiency

Great little apartment for one or two guests in the center of Hershey. Not a studio but a small cute one bedroom to work, sleep and make a quiet dinner in. Or take a stroll down Chocolate Ave to one of many downtown restaurants or sit back and watch the roller coasters from you windows. Unique and fun, it is what you are looking for and more. Overall a fantastic time! Only negative was the late night menu that didn’t exist at the restaurant. We hurried back from a concert hoping to get some food at Fenicci’s but we were told the kitchen was closed for the night. On the check in instructions it said food was served till midnight. The host might want to update the page and also omit that you need to ask for someone at the restaurant before you check in. Great stay!

Paper thin walls!
If you’re staying here for the proximity to the park and getting a good night sleep after spending the day walking around this is not the place to stay! The restaurant downstairs was so loud it felt like the guest were in my living room. It continued to stay loud until at least 1:30 am! Obviously not the fault of anyone but it is ridiculously loud our first night I thought a group of people were getting into a fight on down the hall where we were staying but it ended u being people eating at the restaurant down stairs our last night there, I was up past 2 am because the staff were down stair screaming profanity at each other. It was absurd! I had a small child with me and it would wake her up throughout the night! Will definitely be looking for other places next time!

We were not greeted with a vip welcome. Beware of private parties. Very loud till 3 AM. Bed was uncomfortable. We needed to get up early for the aaca fall meet. Not a good rest any of our 4 nights.

Hershey Stay at Fenicci’s
Amazing apartment in the back of Hershey Park. Able to enjoy a peaceful night walking around downtown Hershey. With a handful amount of things to do in walking distance of the stay. Definitely coming here again if we visit Hershey, PA in the future!

Hershey for fun and a show
This was a small, comfortable, clean apartment. It actually looked better than the pics because the older looking wood paneling had been painted. My teenage daughter unexpectedly joined us for our stay and was able to sleep comfortably on the couch. We thought it was great, agree with others the stairs would not be good for anyone with mobility issues.

Cute historical apartment in a great location
Loved the location, close to so many great places in Hershey. Only cost us $8 to take an Uber to Troegs! And Iron Hill Brewery is right across the street. Apartment was clean and quiet. Bed is queen sized and very comfy. There was a window AC unit that kept the bedroom perfect temp. The owners left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch! There was also a white noise machine in the bedroom which was very thoughtful. The only minor issue we had was the Roku remote wasn't working (even after we replaced the batteries) but since we weren't in the apartment much we didn't bother to call about it. Would stay there again!

Great location in the heart of Hershey
Conveniently located in Hershey town center. Room was above a nice Italian restaurant, with Starbucks across the street. We used Uber/Lyft to get to Hersheypark. Free parking was nice, great not having to use our car during our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Very convenient to Hershey attractions. Older decor is fine and functional; very quiet although there are a number of units above restaurant. Steep stairs to get to apartment so not for everyone, but perfect for a fit couple. Hard to see in picture but bed is a queen size. We had a great weekend! Enjoyed breakfast and ice cream next door at their cafe where you get a discount. Did not have a chance to have dinner downstairs at Feniccis but it looked very nice.

Great weekend stay
We were very satisfied with our recent stay! So easy to check-in/out, convenient parking, and really quick responses. We were treated well especially by the manager, (we are so sorry but we think Andrew was his name), at the restaurant Feniccis (downstairs from apartments) who greeted us, helped us with whatever we needed, and took great care of us at the restaurant where we ate dinner both nights of our stay (1st night for convenience, 2nd night because we were so pleased with our first experience there!). My husband who is incredibly particular about his chicken marsala gave it a major stamp of approval!! The apartment has everything you need for a stay - kitchen/dining area, seating area, bedroom with ac unit, bathroom. It was equipped with iron/ironing board, cookware, etc. We did not have much luck with the roku for tv but didn't ask for help with it either as we didn't really need it. Internet worked excellent most of the time. Cute and safe area, walking to several little shops and local restaurants, drugstore, etc. Would definitely stay here again for another Hershey visit!

My friend and I stayed here overnight for a concert in Hershey. Everyone we met were really nice and helpful. The place was pleasant and clean. It's a short walk to the park. You can also take an uber (which is cheap). It's located above their restaurant, so you really don't have to figure out what you want for dinner. Their food is great! . It is so much better than having to rent out a hotel room. It includes a full kitchen and a full fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hershey!

Great host and accommodations!
This little place was in a great location and perfect for my friend and I for the weekend. We stayed in the "Hershey Bar" room. Super close to downtown on Chocolate Ave, across the street from a place to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning, and in close proximity to all attractions. Room is situated above a restaurant. Restaurant staff and GM were very friendly and accommodating with checking us in late and providing beverages (bottles of water and even a bottle of wine) for our stay. Phil, the owner, was quick in communicating, helpful and super nice to even allow us a late check out. Place was clean, bed was comfy and overall met our expectations. Of note (and not a factor in our review) but just an FYI for other guests, the shower temperature is a bit difficult to regulate since the room is located in a historic building and there is only one bed pillow per guest (in case you're someone who typically sleeps with an excess of pillows like me!). Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Hershey! Thanks to Phil, Kveta and the Fenicci's staff!

Great Location in Hershey!
My wife and I needed a convenient location for the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey and a meeting in Harrisburg, and this was a great spot right on Chocolate Avenue. Hershey Museum was across the street and neighborhood grocery was a short walk from the apartment. Phil was a gracious host and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his restaurant below. Second floor apartment was compact and not fancy, but clean and perfect for two and was fully equipped so we could prepare meals. Excellent WiFi connectivity. Great value overall and hope to stay there again.

Quick Hershey Getaway
Thanks Phil for everything. We had a great time. We arrived during dinner time which is busy for Phil since his restaurant is downstairs, however, he took time to explain all the wonderful things to do in the area and show us to our little apartment. Definitely visit his restaurant downstairs. Great food!
