We wanted to use the pool but the gate was locked, and the manager wasn't on the property.

The lounge furniture in our unit could use an upgrade, but that is controlled by the owner of that unit, not the management. We would stay there again.

Our apartment smelt terrible! Most of the smell was coming from the washing machine. We turned it on for 2 hot washes, and most of the smell left - but the kitchen still smelt like rotten fish.
The fact that there also isn't air-conditioning in the bedrooms, in the heat and humidity of Hervey Bay, is just ridiculous.
Our rooms were incredibly hot. The portable unit in the main bedroom was so noisy that it couldn't be left on all night and didn't cool the room down. the staff were lovely upon arrival - but there was no information folder - nothing. Very disappointed.
