Staff was very rude. I was waiting on line to get check in and the staff was checking in their friends first even though I was next in line. Then when I got to check in, this woman came right to the desk and the person taking care of my check in went to help her leaving me waiting some more. Bad training

Dear Jaime; Thank you for your review and for staying at us. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our services and especially that our colleagues left anything but a perfect impression behind. During the peak season check-in can be a bit lengthy and crowded, but our colleagues do everything to ease and speed up this procedure so our guests can start to enjoy our services as soon as possible. The departing rooms are constantly being cleaned up and depending on the length of the procedure they become available one by one - thus we guarantee the check-in from 3 PM. According to our record your room became available from 2:36 PM, roughly half an hour before the guaranteed time. Again, I am sorry if the check-in was not satisfactory and so profoundly affected the quality of your stay. We will keep on working to provide an excellent experience from start to finish for all of our guests. Sincerely: Peter Nagy, E-commerce manager
