Room was a little tired but the best pillows and duvet we’ve had in a long time!

The property and service staff were great. Massively overflowing garbage cans in the parking area had birds scattering stuff everywhere.

Lovely place to stay Reasonable swimming facility and spa Needs updating in some areas And definitely better maintenance Things needed repair and nothing was done

Property was a bit difficult to locate but, once located, it was very nice. Particularly enjoyed the pool area after a day of driving.

Some good some very disappointing

Overall things were good staff &room however on our first night in the main restaurant we ordered food at 8.15pm we asked for bread with garlic butter informed they didn’t have any garlic butter but offered alternative however nothing arrived till 9.30 at our table even guest sitting next to us couldn’t believe how long we had waited during that time no one came and offered any explanation why and when the food did arrive it was disappointing it was only warm and portion very small compared to what we had seen other customers had we did get complimentary drink each we then ordered coffee at the end meal it took 15/20mins before it arrived and again not very hot our next night meal at the claret jug we again were given table no one came to take order for drinks or food I went to the bar they took order for drinks and then 10/15 mins when someone came and took our order and it was ok we ordered coffee and got that pretty much strait away. We have stayed at the hotel a few times before and haven’t had these problems however we think the menue options have decreased overall the stay was ok at check out we weren’t asked how our stay had been so thought would add this
