Reviendrons les yeux fermés !

Environnement très agréable, calme et détendant. Personnel aux petits soins et toujours avec un grand sourire. Les chambres que nous avions avaient une belle terrasse couverte et équipée d'une moustiquaire, donnant sur un étang. D'un calme olympien. Un chef attentionné avec toujours une proposition de menu sortant de l'ordinaire utilisant les produits frais de la mer.

Superb location that unfortunately can only be reached via a bad road. Very friendly staff and great breakfast and food. My cottage was very nice and spacious.

We love this property. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The people were wonderful. It was truly a sanctuary. The only thing that I wish was better was that our air conditioning did not work well so it was very hot at night. I still would go back! It was the best part of Panama

Terrible management

Terrible service. We ask ifbwe can bring our dog and they told us yes. When we arrive they told us that it has an extra fee and that we can leave it alone in the room. They also charge us for a daycare of the dog. The installation is very nice but the management is terrible. They took a small bbq from our room without permision even though we didn't use it and agreed not to.

Thank you for staying with us and your kind words about the decor of the hotel. We pride ourselves on our design and decor and the small details are one of the reasons we are weary of allowing pets. We would like to begin by saying we are NOT a pet friendly hotel as noted on all our websites and booking platforms. When you messaged us to ask about bringing the dog we kindly made the exception to permit it, which we have done in the past on the following terms which were communicated clearly over the phone and again on your arrival… and are always communicated because again, we are not pet friendly. we charge an extra cleaning fee of 15 per day as when pets leave the hotel we incur extra expenses to deep clean the rooms for the next guests. Because you claimed this was not communicated (over the phone) we lowered this to 10. We never permit animals to be left here while guests go to Coiba and this was communicated multiple times, also on your arrival which was multiple days prior to your leaving the dog alone here. The morning you left we had guests complaining about a barking dog locked on your patio at 6:30am. Your intention to leave your dog there until the return of your coiba tour (which is approximately 5pm), means you expected the dog to stay there for 10.5 hours locked on a patio with a cement floor which would absorb all potty problems. This in our view is animal cruelty. When we discovered this at 7:30am we immediately messaged you to let you know we would be charging you as this is not fair to the dog and it needed a dog sitter that would care and walk your dog during the day. Which we did. You’re welcome. We would also note that our team found the dog scared and behaving aggressively when we approached it. Thankfully we calmed it down to care for it.You had also messaged us prior to your arrival to ask if we permit BBQs and grills, to which we replied no. We have all wood treehouses here and wood details in all of our rooms. They are a fire hazard. When we discovered the grill also locked up with your dog we did remove it and returned it on check out. We are sorry you felt that our exception to our pet policy and our rules around permitting your pet were not acceptable. We have now created a waiver for future guests to sign off on in the event that we permit them to bring their pet. Although we might just continue to stand firm about our no pet policy given this experience. Thanks again for your stay.
