The place is not confortable at all. A lot of noise as its too close to the swimming pool, the curtains are very thin and leave the room very bright, in addition, the blanket is very bad and with the air conditioning it is impossible to have a comfortable night (as the place is warm, you need to use the air conditioning). If you want to have a breakfast, you need to plan ahead and make a reservation, as most of the people that goes to Santa Catalina to dive in Coiba, you need to wake up very early... but they don't serve the breakfast early. Terrible shower and no hot water.

Location was close to everything. It's very bare bones in the amenities. No soap or shampoo. We had no table or chairs in our unit but they did come up with some. Also no glasses. Water was not potable. It's basically a hostel with A/C. Did lose power briefly both nights. Staff was friendly. Just seemed over priced for what it is. Personally I would not return but I'm sure it works for others.

La experiencia no fue la mejor al llegar añ hotel nos enteramos en la recepcion que nuestra reserva no estaba en el sistema y que el hotel estaba lleno, el problema fue que era carnaval y estaban todos los hoteles llenos. Por un momento pense a no tenia lugar a donde dormir...por suerte la chica que trabaja en el hotel que supongo que era la gerenta nos dio su habitacion. Al otro dia nos cambiaron a una habitacion para huespedes. Si bien pudimos dormir y bañarnos no fue muy comoda la estadia por la situacion en la q nos encontrabamos. Agradezco al personal del hotel que tomo esa decision, y nos dio lugar. Ya el segundo dia estuvimos mejor, a la mañana siguiente nos retiramos rumbo para la ciudad. Tambien tuvimos problemas con el wifi pudiendonos conectar la noche antes de irnos. La habitacion fue comoda, cumple su funcion pero no era lo que esperaba. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y el baño - ducha tambien. El hotel es bonito pero nosotros no tuvimos una buena experiencia. Nuevamente agradezco al personal por habernos solucionado el inconveniente de la reserva.
