Stayed for one night over the holidays while on a road trip. Staff and service were ok. Property is clean but dated, looks like its never been updated. The beds were small but clean and comfortable. Couch was covered in stains as was the carpet, shower, bathroom counter, mirror, and more. Will not stay here again.

Gym equipment didn't work, pool wasn't clean or warm ? And house keeping was waking u up in hallway hours early being loud knocking or doors saying housekeeping all down the hallway... open the door and the housekeeping had all towels and sheets thrown in hallway making it dangerous to walk to elevator. Also water in our bathroom sink was clogged...

This appeared to be an older property that was renovated - on the cheap. Black mold was present in the shower. Balancing this out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room above ours was very noisy and the sound transmitted directly over our heads. The issue was resolved when the kiddos went to sleep. However at this price point I may have expected too much.

Disappointing

Blankets on beds had rips in them, curtains were stained, bathtub/shower was stained, weird smell in hallway. Breakfast was offered but biscuits were hard and eggs were like rubber and we came down at the beginning of breakfast service. My mom said she’s had good stays here so we were pretty disappointed. I’m just glad that it was a one-night stay on our way to where we were actually going.

The room was very dirty with stains on the walls, couches and floors, the carpet was torn up in places, the bathroom faucet was falling apart and the shower/tub was moldy. We specifically called to see if the pool was heated, which they said it was, but it was freezing cold. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed that she had to check us in when we got there. The hot breakfast food was cold. Best part of the stay were the blueberry waffles.
