Nice place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, loved the walk in shower, everything was great. Would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites.

The location was decent for what we planned to do. If you want to go to Sugar Mountain, its an hour drive, FYI. The room was clean and spacious. However, housekeeping definitely did not do their best. The body was container was empty, and when asked to get new towels, the front desk receptionist tells us that housekeeping will be there starting at 12pm to cleam everything and replace towels. I waited 4 hours for our room to be cleaned, and they never replaced the body wash container, didnt remake the pull out couch and just left the sheets for me to make the bed and disnt leace a comforter. We stayed 3 nights and only needed one day of service and they couldn't even thoroughly clean our room without me complaining twice that our room was yet to be cleaned.

I I reserve the room especially for the indoor pool and told them it was for my granddaughter to go swimming then when I got there they informed me the pool was too cold to swim in so we did not stay and now I'm fighting them for my refund

My wife and I stayed there last year, an easy 5 star review. This year, I had trouble deciding between 3-4 stars. The hotel was “nice” but the bathroom wasn’t super clean, there wasn’t an extra roll of TP and no conditioner. When we checked in I had to repeat myself 2-3 times because the front desk manager was wearing earbuds and not listening very well. But the breakfast was nice, and the overall stay was pretty good!!!

Whenever we are in Lenoir, NC, we stay here. The staff is awesome, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The eggs and sausage leave a lot to be desired. They should go back to bacon and scrambled eggs. Lenoir is a small town, so everything is close by. It is a little difficult turning left out of the parking lot to get to everything, but there are back roads to get where you want to go if you know your way around.
