If you are traveling with extended family or friends, please contact your host so that we can book your groups nearby each other. It's the perfect way to travel with others, you each have your own private space but your guests are nearby.. Tiny homes and cabins are spread apart on our many acres.
Next door is our Rockin' RV Park and Horse Motel--so bring your RV friends to enjoy our great hook-ups and RV amenities. Search for Rockin' K RV park to book. The Horse Motel is an amenity for Tiny Town too- if you bring a horse- let your host know to book the horse stall area, too!
AREA HIGHLIGHTS:
Explore the historic town of Hico, just minutes away, where you can browse cool shops, enjoy a steak at the Chop House, or delve into history at the Billy the Kid Museum (we highly recommend it!). The new HiCO hall is the premiere wedding and concert venue in the area. For more family fun, nearby attractions like Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and Dinosaur World (Glen Rose) are perfect for a day trip.

HIGHLIGHTS for CABIN 1:
With rustic decor, we think this 2 bedroom cabin is where Billy the Kid hung out and made his famous chili in the big gallery kitchen! The big closet in the 2nd bedroom was originally a safe room, probably where Billy hid in when the Feds got to close!

BEDROOM 2 = King and Twin
LIVINGROOM = . 2 twin trundle bed and Family living room with playstation for a variety of DVDs - Movie Night!
Kitchenette:
Sink, a 2-top burner, microwave, toaster , large refrigerator/freezer, keurig and K-cups, complimentary water bottles, Tea bags, creamers and sugars, as well as kitchen utensils and cookware.
DINING: Big dining room table in the sunroom and outdoor dining area on the back porch

More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize (laundry) the beautiful space so you can escape the city and truly enjoy the fresh open air of the ranch!

Tiny Home 6 parking is in front of the tiny home - 1 car- if you have extra cars ask your hat where to park them, please.
You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining)
Expect typical plants and insects as this is a ranch. It may be a muddy walk due to weather.
★Our Checkout Checklist includes the following items:
-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food
-Please clean up any trash inside and outside the cabin and put the trash in trash dumpster at the tree line outside cabin 1
-Please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please put all used towels in the bathroom
-Please leave used sheets on the UN-made bed
