Nestled next to Tiny Town at GSD Ranch, this farmhouse is your ideal escape in the picturesque town of Hico. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a serene retreat, Rockin’ K Ranch offers the perfect setting for a memorable stay.

Rockin K Ranch is a wonderful RV park with a cool remodeled 1940's farm house rental at the top of the hill. You may also board your horse in the Horse Motel (stall and turnout/extra fee). Please let us know if you want to rent a stall- we will get you set up.

OPPORTUNITY for GROUP STAYS:
If you are traveling with friends and extended family - have them book a tiny home or cabin next door is Tiny Town at GSD Ranch! A fantastic experience renting a tiny home or cabin vacation rental. The farm house is available for short or mid-term rentals. (Or bring their RV and stay at nearby RV area)

Come visit or stay in the perfect spot in Hico (about 3 miles from downtown - a great place to shop and eat) and about 20 miles to Hamilton (more fun shops and eating and more!). It's a great way to have a quiet get-a-way.

The Brushy Bill's Farm House is off in a private area at the top of our hill. You will see our mini-donkeys, horses and cows wander by!

SITTING AREA: We have a Smart TV with 3 cool chairs to enjoy a show!

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer

KITCHEN: Large and stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, etc - Microwave, stove, stove top, big refrigerator/freezer, K-Cup Coffee, toaster

BEDROOM 1: Bedroom one is huge with 2 queen beds and 1 Twin, walk in closet - lots of space and a cool old wood stove!

BEDROOM 2: Bedroom two is a bedroom with 1 queen bed and closet.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom with big mirror and vanity area!

SPARKLING CLEAN: We pride ourselves on providing a clean, sanitized space for your comfortable stay.

EFFORTLESS ARRIVAL: Settle in immediately with fresh linens and towels already provided.

WE WELCOME Short Term Rentals and Month-to-Month MidTerm Rentals! Ask your host for details for monthly rates.
