Gerald and friends were excellent guests, leaving the cabin very nice. The Evergreen is a great cabin for just relaxing and enjoying the acreage, wildlife and privacy. It is also convenient to available activities in the New River Gorge National Park, Summersville Lake and several state parks in a 12 mile radius.

Wonderful Evergreen!

The listing is accurate, and our host was warm and thoughtful, while allowing our family of four to enjoy the private atmosphere of the cabin. The location and hospitality are top notch. Wonderful Weekend
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Cabin very much. Brenda did a wonderful job hosting us, and was excellent with communication. We stayed at the cabin with our son, daughter-in-law, and 17 month old grandson. Everything worked out great for everyone. The cabin was very clean. We spent lots of time relaxing in all the outdoor spaces. Our grandson enjoyed exploring the whole property. The cabin worked out well as a base for hiking and visiting the region. Brenda, thanks again for a relaxing, fun weekend.

Kim and family were excellent guests, were friendly and left the cabin very nice.
This area near the New River Gorge National Park is beautiful no matter the season, the leaves are so colorful now, a little late in changing but still lovely.
The Evergreen is just six miles from the Gorge Bridge and Park, within 12 miles of several state parks, the largest lake in West Virginia and 8 miles from the great small town of Fayetteville.
The cabin has most all that you need for the visit so that you do not have to worry with a lot of packing. The property has hiking paths and great views of the area.
As I have stated many times, I have the best guests!!

As I often say, Brian was a great guests, friendly and left the cabin very nice. Location and clean are the two most often comments from guests. The cabin is completely cleaned after each guest visit, the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with sparkling clean water. The Evergreen is within 12 miles of most activities available in the area. Fayetteville is only 8 mile south, has several great restaurants and interesting shops to visit.

Perfect getaway!

Rick and sons were perfect guests! The cabin is located in the middle of all of the outdoor adventures in the New River Gorge National Park. It is within twelve miles of most activities available in the park area.
The Evergreen is a clean, comfortable place to enjoy after a day of outdoor activities. The hot tub is sparkling clean for guests, the cabin is a cool haven for relaxing after exploring the area this summer. Most all that you need for the visit is provided at the cabin to make packing much easier. We do have the best guests!

Great location
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely little cabin in a great location near the park and Fayetteville. Cabin is as advertised- fire pit and hot tub were great (and thanks for the firewood!). Great for our toddler too- relatively few things to break, and only a couple stairs to get in and out of cabin. Would recommend for a family!

The location is the number one comment from guests. The Evergreen is within minutes to the New River Gorge National Park and several state parks, just eight miles to Fayetteville with great restaurants and boutique shops.
The cabin has most all that you need for the visit to make packing for the trip quick and easy. I do have excellent guests, Rebecca left the cabin very nice.

Hosting guests is such a pleasure, even cleaning and providing little amenties for guests is what makes it all fun. Sharing the beautiful property and area with guests just seems like a natural thing for me. The location is among the best in the area, the cabin has all that guests need.
