The television can be quite confusing because there are a few remotes; the tv remote, Dish remote, and the remote for the sound bar. The fireplace directions were in the welcome guide. I wish you would have reached out to us and we could have helped over the phone. There is a propane tank that has to be turned on for the fireplace to work. We hope to have you back sometime and are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Lake Getaway
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay. Great condo, comfy beds, had all we needed in kitchen, enjoyed morning coffee and eating at the table on the balcony. Really enjoyed having a boat slip.

Excellent property

Wonderfull, Quiet Winter Getaway
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family wanted a quiet escape from the normally chaotic and loud New Year's festivities. This was perfect with great porch views and a short walk to the lake. No light pollution that offered crystal clear views of the night's sky. And the wonderful communities of Greers Ferry and Heber Springs made is ready to return for the next season. The condo is immaculately clean, comfortable, and has everything a group needs for their trip.
