Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location! Beautiful home,everything was just as described....my only suggestion is a tv in the living room...however we spent most of our time on the deck when we werent on the water,so it didnt bother us! Will definitely stay again

Perfect weekend
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Lake house on the Narrows to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday. When we arrived Joy had a Happy Birthday sign, beautiful flowers and a card. Such a very thoughtful gesture and made her feel even more special. The homemade cookies were so sweet too. We absolutely loved having the kayaks and spent each morning kayaking down to the cliffs to watch the sun rise. We brought our boat and enjoyed most of our days on the lake and then came back to the house and watched the sunset from the tube floating in the water or from the benches. Such a beautiful home and the perfect location for me and my family.

40th birthday getaway!
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our first visits to Greers Ferry! Area is amazing ! The house was perfect and surpassed our expectations! I highly recommend this house. It’s around the corner from the marina and the backyard view is breathtaking!

The best little gem on the lake!

Outstanding!! Perfect lake getaway!
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur weekend at the Smith house was outstanding! It was immaculate and so well stocked! There was even a plate of homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! The view of the lake was gorgeous, with convenient lake access. We loved that it was so close and accessible to the marina as well as Dollar General for item we’d forgotten. Though there were so many things provided that are sometimes not, like paper towels, Kleenex, trash bags, zip loc bags, hand soap etc. All the kitchen items we needed were provided as well!
We enjoyed the layout of the house and we had bumper pool and cornhole tournaments all weekend! So much fun! You might want to note there’s no TV upstairs, but we are a game playing family so we actually enjoyed playing cards and hanging out.
Definitely highly recommend a stay here, it exceeded all we’d hoped for!

Lake Fun
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family, which met from Arizona, California, and Missouri had an amazing time! This was our second time at the Smith Lakehouse. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for visiting and watching the activity on the lake. The kayaks were an added plus. The home baked cookies were so yummy!!

Great Spot
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayDelightful place to watch the 2024 total eclipse from. We stood by the narrows and enjoyed a cloudless sky to view the eclipse. Joy was responsive and took great care of us upon arrival. We'd come back again, for sure!

Wonderful House with great view of the Lake

When you take a vacation and can’t get a good nights sleep it affects your whole vacation. I contacted the owners with the issue and hopefully they will invest in some new beds, Otherwise it was great!
