Bugs in the unit. We checked in and we immediately checked out due to many bugs found in the unit, in the washroom, on the bed, on the floor, everywhere. We reported it to the front desk and the staff member said it is normal due to the wildfire, etc. He even said we would see the same in any other hotels in that area.

The Hotel needs to replace the jam packets more regular. The jam was not spreadable due to being hard.

The only complaint that I have is the room smelt like stale cigarettes, maybe the rooms need to be deep cleaned

Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Rooms were new looking and clean. Outside lots of alcohol bottles and beer cans in the parking areas. Didn’t hear any parties though.
Only issue was there is no indication on Expedia of extra charges for a pet. We would not have chosen to stay here if we were aware upfront of extra cost as we were on a tight budget and the price was already high.
