Reception service and attendants at the restaurant and breakfast were great, but very poor room service, I went back to the room at night tired and there were no towels to take a shower, they didn't replace the toilet paper and they didn't clean the bathroom. The facilities in general are very good.

La Chambre faite à la va vite
Publié le 6 juin 2022 sur HotelsLe séjour s’est bien passé et la réceptionniste était formidable compréhensive. Mais la chambre n’était pas bien nettoyée ni dépoussiérée; la moquette pas aspirée.
Étant allergiques à la poussière mes filles et moi avons souffert car on a éternué toute la nuit et en regardant en dessous de lit il y avait des poussières et papiers.
C’est dommage que les chambres soient faites à la va vite.

Very disappointed with the cleaning. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned only the tap was wiped to look shine. The toilet still had poo markes from the previous people and dirty shoe foot print in the bath. I have never seen such thing. Didn’t complain as we didn’t have time had to leave shortly and the room was for a purpose of a short stay but I would never put my feet again into this dirty property. The housekeeper needs to be retrained. Or replaced. We stayed in room 429. Lazy dirty people!!!

Parking was full a few late nights. The overflow parking is to far to be walking from late at night. To hotel should aquire overflow parking directly across the street
