Perfect Condo and Location for WFH (Work From Hawaii)

Comfortable Property with a Lovely View
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo itself is very nice with an amazing view of the lagoon and park. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and such that we needed. The air conditioning worked great. We arrived on a very rainy afternoon (itʻs Hilo!). Donʻt be put off by the exterior of the condo building. It looks like it needs a paint job, but again, itʻs Hilo. The security guard was extremely helpful when we had questions about the parking garage and laundry area (the coin machine for the laundry is in the guardʻs office). Also itʻs a nice parking garage - not dark or scary. There are convenient carts near the security guard to bring up groceries. The property manager, Terry, was very responsive to all inquiries and provided a great list of suggestions of what to do in Hilo. I would definitely stay there again. A couple more comments - the building has government and professional offices on the first 2 floors. You walk through a hallway of offices to get to the parking garage. Also food deliveries come right to your door, the security guard will let the delivery person in. Handy on a rainy night!

Perfect Home away from Home
Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst time in Hilo, spent a few days sightseeing. The condo was comfortable and convenient- nothing fancy, and the exterior can seem a little un-tropical at first. But waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the gardens, and having so many things within walking distance or a short drive, was fantastic. I also loved the setup - enough privacy for each guest, and a nice kitchen and living space in between. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Terry was wonderful and provided so much helpful information, I felt like a local in no time. It also helped having laundry on site. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Mahalo…

Good location and sanity improvement

Great spot in Hilo!
