It was my first time staying at the property. The shared bathroom and shared kitchen was concern at first, but I got used to after the first night. On the first night, there was another guest sleeping on the couch in the shared living room. That MF snored like a loud dying pig. The walls are not that thick and I could hear him from my room. But, liked that the room opened to the balcony. The room, Room 2, where I stayed was close to a highway so the traffic noise was bearable, but the traffic died down in the evening. The balcony also has two plastic Adirondack chairs where I sat every morning watching the sunrise, if you could look beyond the power cables that sometimes interfered with the view. The property was within 20 min of where I needed to go. There’s a McDonald’s with an all-day/all-night drive through; would get my coffee and breakfast and sit on the balcony waiting for the sunrise. It would be nice to have a Keurig that is connected to the plumbing so no need to refill. There’s also a full size fridge/freezer where you can store your leftovers.

My main concern was the ubiquitous presence of cameras in the common areas of the house. We were warned about that peculiarity when we checked in. Nonetheless, it felt very uncomfortable to be walking around knowing you were recorded on a continuous basis. Otherwise, the property was pleasant, in very good shape and clean. Support was available, if and when needed.

This is not a hotel and was presented as one. The price was the same as other local hotels with more amenities and fewer check out rules or a shared bathroom. Overall average clean stay.

There was signs that say will be charge if things out of place curtains ripped when you close them no privacy !!! Restroom paper folded every three sheets like your only allowed three squares at any given time there was vacuum running till 11pm and baths running at 2am and 4am the closest has the drain pipes in it so it’s amplified every time !! No blanket anywhere spent the night cold uncovered..wife and I booked 2 days we came in at 7 pm and promptly left at 6am the next morning did not return!!!

Our on-site manager checks and cleans the shared bathroom that you booked, multiple times per day & night, and after every check, we always refold the toilet papers to show that the bathroom was cleaned again. We also always provide spare rolls in the bathroom, and we regret if this gesture was misinterpreted.We understand your concerns about noise and want to assure you that we have a policy in place to minimize disturbances. Our on-site manager performs regular checks and maintenance to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We will review the events of that evening to better understand and mitigate such issues in the future.As for the blanket, our pre check-in photo records and confirm that an extra blanket was provided in your room, placed on a rack next to the towels. We are sorry to hear that you spent a cold night, and we wish we had been informed of this at the time. We sent an email shortly after your arrival to check in and would have been more than willing to provide additional blankets had we been made aware of your need.We strive for open communication with our guests, and it's disheartening to learn that your experience was not as comfortable as we aim for it to be.
