Fall Vacation

Thanks for your review, Tim. Well… I haven’t heard that one before. Not sure what in the drains may have caused your comment about a slight smell but it certainly isn’t a consistent issue. No prior guest has made this comment and future guests should not worry about this issue. Had Tim notified me with his concern I would have been happy to stop over to pour bleach or similar product down the drain to alleviate the smell.

Always a great place!
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe’ve stayed here many times over the years. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. The location doesn’t get better with Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza across the street. The owner of this condo is first class. Already looking forward to our next trip!

A bit underwhelming for the price

When we arrived we noticed stains on the dining chairs and master comforter, food splatters on the cabinets. The bed was also very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The beach chairs were also unusable as they were very rusty and weathered. The pool closed at sunset which was also disappointing as our son loves nighttime swims and the lagoon area was drained and was an eyesore.
I had a few questions about the tv in the bedroom having trouble connecting to the WiFi and the owner was not very responsive and never followed up. We were hoping for a better stay.

We are disappointed with Lyndsey's review as we hate it when we fall short of our guests expectations. Our unit is a wonderfully-upgraded five-star accommodation and if you check other guest ratings you will see almost all five-star reviews. We could have made Lyndsey's stay much better had we been notified by Lyndsey of her particular concerns.
First, if any arriving guest is unhappy with the cleanliness of our properties (we own five on HHI), we send our cleaners back out to the property same day to address any issues. We were not informed of Lyndsey's. cleanliness concerns. Likewise we were not informed about the king bed discomfort. After Lyndsey's stay we discovered that a couple of the box spring support slats were damaged causing the mattress to lean on one side. This has been fixed and the bed is back to normal (and the mattress is a newer, high-end memory foam that has received great prior reviews from guests).
We provide four beach chairs and a wagon. These are in newer condition and not rusty so I don't understand her comment (btw, many other SeaCrest condo don't provide beach chairs).
Lyndsey is correct that the lagoon is in poor condition as the original contractor failed to perform and was fired. A new contractor is on the job to restore the lagoon to its pristine state.
Finally I did respond to Lyndsey's TV wifi questions with suggestions. I thought that my suggestions solved her issues since I did not hear back from her on the matter.

Perfect location and amenities
