This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the New Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people.

This property is in such a great location, 2 minute walk on path to the beach, so many restaurants/shopping around in just a short ride/walk, condo is in great condition! Couldn't have picked a better spot for a winter weekend getaway!

We had an overall wonderful stay. The amenities this condo provides are top notch. The ocean front resort style pool was so clean and water was heated warm enough for swimming in mid October during a cold front. Walk to the beach is very easy with very limited soft sand to walk through. Condo met our needs for our 5 day stay. We would stay again.

Great resort for a short stay and/or small family
This unit was great for our short stay in Hilton Head with our two small children. As explained in the listing, the unit is on the smaller side so I think we would have needed more space if we were staying for 3 or more days, but for two nights this was perfect. The amenities at the Hilton Grand were great and the location can't be beat! We also requested early check-in and was easily granted it. The only issue we had during our stay is that the AC would stop working occasionally and we had to reset it multiple times. I assume this is a common issue though because there were instructions on how to reset it in the provided binder. All in all, great location for a small family or short trip!

This is the perfect location - the shared pool and amendities at Ocean Oaks are a bonus! We had asked about an earlier check in and they were very accomodating for the few hours that we needed. Perfect for 2 adults, but a little small for adding anyone else... that would be my only concern.

Got the job done
We had a good time at Ocean Oak and how close the beach and pool were. Close to nearby places to ride our bikes , good food at the grill, excellent pool for young kids! The condo is a smaller one but that was clearly stated before we booked it , so knew what we were getting. The hosts were great at timely communication and accommodating. We personally thought the mattress in the bedroom was pretty hard but to each their own. I could have reached out about it but we were only there for a short trip so we made the best of it. Overall good stay and good place only thing I would have done different or recommend is for those that need soft bedding roll up your mattress topper and bring it with incase you want it.

Hilton Head Condo
This place was the perfect location at Hilton Head for my husband and I. It was very close to the beach and dining. We were looking forward to using the bikes that come with the place but unfortunately spent more time going to get one of the bikes fixed because the seat kept messing up. Although the biking didn’t go as planned we overall enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay with easy beach access. Well maintained property with beautiful pools, hot tubs, fitness center and nearby parking. Enjoyed having the bikes available at no extra cost to bike to Colligny.

This is not an ocean view property in the sense that most people viewing the listing would consider an ocean view property to be. There is a small section of the ocean that can be seen from one side of the balcony. The majority of the view is of trees separating the next property over and of the bike storage area. Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. Proximity to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center was great.
